Room was full of mosquitos when I arrived only to be bitten badly on first night...weather during their summer (rainy season) is tropical -- very hot with heavy monsoon rain. humidity very high. We absolutely loved our stay here. The setting, amidst lush tropical gardens, is exquisite. We stayed in an Executive Suite, which was spacious and had a great view. I stayed at this hotel for a week with my 21 year old son. We upgraded from a standard room, although this probably wasn't necessary. The standard rooms looked very nice.
