It is a simple and familiar guest house which by the time we went could use some improvements but it is clean and the owners and staff make you feel very welcome. Food was great (we had breakfast and dinner included). All dinner meals were cooked by the wife and you have the feeling of eating real home made food when far from home!

I did think that the rates were expensive considering it is a simple guest house and needs to be modernised. Their improving it now, building a new annex and the owner, Mr. Alex, is also going to open a new resort in the island together with some Portuguese partners. He also offers a service of 4x4+driver to visit the island which comes in very handy. more
