We stayed 2 nights in these lovely apartments in Brela, a very pretty village
just north of Makarska. The apartments are at the top of a steep hill, but have
beautiful views of Hvar and Brac islands from the balcony & are 5 - 10 minutes
walk down to the sea & pretty coves. Our apartment was absolutely immmaculately
clean with beautiful hand embroidered bedding.

We had breakfast on the attractive patio (4 euros each).Margita who owns the
apartments is lovely & as she wasn't too busy (we were there in May) she spent a
lot of time talking with us about Croatia & the terrible times the whole region
has been through. Thankfully things are improving and I would absolutely
recommend Brela and Pension Ojdana as a lovely place to stay.
