Room was clean and large with king bed. Furniture was sparse with only desk and chair, no where else to sit but bed. Continental breakfast was adequate considering was included in price - space limited in breakfast room for size of hotel. Reasonably priced. more

The hotel's website states "Liverpool's finest Boutique Hotel welcomes you to come and relax in its beautiful surroundings." I wouldn't agree with this. It is NOT a boutique hotel, and the surroundings are not exactly beautiful. I wouldn't say it was a bad place, it just wasn't what I expected given the hotel's website and claims. more

It was my first time staying in the Maplewood Inn...and the pictures from the website is nothing like what you really get. Our room was gross looking. My boyfriend found all kinds of stains on the walls, and the pillow had a funky smell to it. But the worst things was the shower. Although it looked clean it was not!... more

We stayed for two nights in July. Calling the hotel a boutique is a bit of a stretch, but we found it to be clean and comfortable. It is not fancy, but is affordable. The staff is very polite, courteous, and helpful (especially Joe). We did hear people running through the hall on Friday evening, but overall, this hotel was... more

Our boys basketball team stayed the weekend here for a tournament in Syracuse. The website and the sales rep misinterpret the hotels amenities! First of all the pool is the size of a 12 person hot tub. The HOT BREAKFAST that the sales person bragged about when I blocked 34 rooms yeah 34 included bagels, toast, with cold cereal, dole... more

I booked this hotel for one night via hotels.com at $74/night, which to me is an unbeatable price. We were concerned that for the price we would get a substandard hotel, but decided to take a chance based on reviews we had read at this website. We were pleasantly suprised. The hotel was easily found right off the exit for... more

We were two couples, down in Syracuse for some long weekend shopping. As the boutique hotel we had stayed at the last time was full, we opted for Maplewood Inn as it promised comparable value and quality. We booked through the hotel's website, only to find out on our arrival that they had set aside only one room, and not... more

Fairly new hotel, located about 10 minutes from the Syracuse Airport, south on I-81. Turndown service, comfortable beds, free cable internet hook-up in room. No dining/cafe, supposed to be opening soon, but there are many restuarants within 10-15" driving distance. Has a very small indoor pool just off the lobby, which we didn't use, so I can't comment on that... more

Spotless and quiet, excellent price. Lacking comfort of easy chair, fridg, and micro. Independent restaurant attached, good eateries nearby. Right on Rte 81, making access to Syracuse simple and convenient. more
