This is my favorite B&B in this area for a number of reasons, particularly price! The cost is about the same, or less, than one pays in one of the squalid motels in the area. Yet one gets a lovely room with antique furniture, and a fine breakfast.

Also the restaurant serves really excellent southern Italian food.

While it lacks some of the amenities of the Inn at Lake Joseph (no TV, for instance), it is actually a much better value. The grounds are lovely, and there is a pond down the hill. more
