This hotel is beyond words terrible. On arrival there was a dirty cleaning cloth on shower, smell of smoke nearly knocked me out. It was in pillows. Carpet so dirty your feet were dirty . The Hotel is terrible. The Owner is Chet Patel and his wife and him own and manage the property. They are very arrogant. Room was dirty. Had live bed bugs. They do not honour reservations made with the 800 number. Comfort Inn says they are independ only flying the comfort inn flag. They hardly speak english and could care less... more

The Comfort Inn is located right on route 78 (S. Transit) in Lockport. That makes it easily accessible and close by to all the major routes in town. The rooms are comfortable and clean. This hotel is one of the few I will never set my foot in, ever. The manager on duty at that time was not flexible to accommodate a simple request (copy of the hotel receipt). The rooms were clean and the owner and his wife very friendly. They speak with an accent but understand English very well. All of the staff was friendly and willing to go out of their way to make us comfortable. There is a small gym that seemed adequately supllied with equipment. For the price it is a good value. more

Beware everyone!!!!! This is the worst hotel management i have ever seen. We had made a reservation for a specific price, but were billed for a higher rate, which is ridiculous. The manager, chetan patel was very arrogant. I would recommend everyone "never to get to this hotel". It looks like big scam to me. more

Just an ok hotel...I thought that based on their profile in the Choice Hotels book, they would have a gym and they didn't-but gave a $7 a day rate at a local gym. Their brochure in the room said they had a pool, when I asked they said that they used to. I think I would and could stay elsewhere... more
