I have no idea what people are complaining about. We got there 6:20 on Thursday evening, went straight to our 3rd floor room, which was big, clean and had a very good view from the balcony. The guys on reception explained that the shuttle was free every hour, on the hour, with also half hourly in the morning, $5 at... more

The room we stayed in was bigger than we needed. It tried it's best to look expensive but on closer inspection it did seem they had tried to cut a few corners. It was clean and the temperature was easy to change. We had a ground floor room which was on the level of the street so we could not... more

You see the pics on line and you think chic, trendy hotel, slightly off the beaten path. Athough it is modern decor, the Ikea quality furnishing make the 2 year old hotel look 10 years old. the rooms are dumpy, not very clean, and very cheap overall. The view is great, if you overlook the abandoned building across the street,... more

Don't be fooled by the Hotel photos, in reality it is nothing like!! You get the impression that they have furnished it on a shoestring, whilst trying to give the effect of being very chic, but it does not work! The rooms are not huge, they do not have quality products in the bathroom, they do not have lovely views... more

Don't let the pictures fool you. Never trust this hotel I booked two rooms at the hotel two months in advance. We dropped our bags off in the AM and when we went back they had given both of our rooms away, It was 6:00 PM on a Saturday and pouring rain and they said they only had one room... more

Most strikingly our bathroom was not enclosed from the rest of the room. The toilet had only a stall enclosure and the sink was just inside the door, more like a wet bar than a bathroom sink. Construction is sloppy and unfinished, some of the walls were just drywall, no paint. The TV remote did not work. The elevators were... more
