I have stayed at the Super 8 in Massena multiple times and have found it to be very clean, basic accomodation. You're not going to get anything fancy, but it is a comfortable bed in clean surroundings. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The bathroom is very basic, but clean and the furniture is sparse, but in good shape. There's free wifi and high speed internet access. If you don't have a laptop, there is free internet access in the lobby (albeit one small pc). Continental breakfast is included.

The one suggestion I have is to include some sort of arm-chair in the rooms with double beds. They only have one simple chair that you normally see with a small table - but there's no table. When you're staying here for a long period of time it would be nice to have a more comfortable chair to relax on. I think the queen rooms have a bigger chair. more
