If you are looking to get away from the City for a weekend, and you're on a budget, I recommend heading to Orange County. The highlight of this particular weekend away was where we stayed; at the Tiger Lily Inn. We were very impressed with the value and quality of our accommodations. It is located on a beautiful street worth walking down to see many nice homes. The house has been newly renovated and everything looked fresh, clean, and inviting. The room was comfortable and roomy enough for us to spread out. We really enjoyed spending an afternoon sitting and reading on the spacious front porch. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. Nancy, the owner was a wonderful host, who got us set up and left us alone to enjoy ourselves, but it was cool to have a nice conversation with her during breakfast, about her previous adventures as an art gallery owner.

All in all, it was a wonderful weekend, a great break from our busy lives. The Tiger Lily Inn is highly recommended. more
