The rooms were clean but it was a section 8 hotel. We stayed one night and in the morning the manager in the Perkins next door, told us that someone got shot in the hotel that night. When the car service picked us up he asked us if we heard about the shooting. It was very disturbing news. I do... More

This place is aweful. I cannot believe that the health department keeps it open. A homeless shelter would have been better. My first night had the room flood from outside rains and a leaking air conditioner. Tub leaked and toilet did not flush. Walls were thin and my family heard everyone around us. We requested new room. we were told... More

I am very sorry for the poor performance we delivered during your stay last month. The hotel in going through a transition period with staffing and renovations, no excuse for your experience, just an explanation that we know we have some work ahead of us. Since your stay, we have begun to make changes in the housekeeping department, along with... More

There were some really shady people there and it looked as if they were living there. Only later on did I find out that it was a welfare hotel and that these people were drug addicts and ex-felons (quite possibly current felons). There was some kind of fight going on in one of the rooms near me and I felt... More

Stayed here for 2 nights because it was convenient for what I was in town for. I lived in Middletown for almost 10yrs so was aware of the riff raff that goes on at this hotel (motel). When we had arrived there were 3 Wallkill police cars at the entrance doors. As we were walking to the lobby door we... More

The beds could be more comfortable, but it really wasn't too bad. The location is nice, right off of a main road with a lot of stores. They lock the door at night and buzz you in. More

The desk clerk was rude, it was like he was going out of his way to be miserable. I had a reservation made by WyndhamRewards I arrived there early about 5pm, the desk clerk told me he had no pet rooms available . I finally got a room ,if not for the fact that it was too late to cancel... More

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay at our hotel last May. I apologize for the poor customer service you experienced. I've recently come on board at the hotel and have begun making inroads on customer service training to correct such unacceptable behavior. It is our hope that you would consider utilizing us again on your... More

This place is DANGEROUS!, scumbags in the parking lot, drugee's in the hallways smoking and drinking. Room had an intense mildew smell, and was filthy. The security door was broken so anybody could walk into the building, and this is an area where it matters! We tried to sleep, but had to leave because people were partying in the hallway,... More

Visit the Inn for one night as a stopover to New York. Booked via a german travel agency a queen size room. Location is very easy to find, next to the interstate and the shopping mall. So the location is for a stop over really perfect, also the shopping attractions near the Inn are really good. Staff always friendly and... More

Our soccer team booked a stay here in mid-September for the nights of 10/31 and 11/1. We tried to check in at 3PM, but were told the rooms were not ready yet. We went back at 5PM after our game ended, and found the hotel had "overbooked" and did not have 6 of the rooms even though we had written... More
