This hotel is a bit pricey, but,the builiding is very impressive and the grounds are amazing. We had stayed here off season, and it was a bit chilly, but cozy. I'm not sure how things are during the height of the summer, but we had a pleasant stay.

This hotel has a terrible customer service policy, and staff. My family had to cancel our reservations due to Superstorm Sandy and the general manager here refused to help or accommodate us. We booked last minute reservations and were able to get a king suite on the third floor with a balcony. They said there was a partial view but we had a pretty good view of the water and interior courtyard. The room was dated but clean. I don't expect fancy in Montauk and this definitely wasn't, but it was great... More

As always, Montauk Manor does not disapppoint! The accommodations are beautiful, the grounds lovely and the staff always welcoming and friendly. Even during the "off season", the Manor is so welcoming and lovely.

Last weekend I stayed in a handicap- and wheel-chair accessible room at the Montauk Manor. It was a lovely, well layed-out, and friendly suite of rooms. Room was ok bed was horrible back hurt for days.Rooms are in need if update. The staff was friendly and the restaurant had some good food. In general the location is good. It is possible that the rooms can vary and I can only speak for the room I had.
