traveled in from out of state for a wedding. The rooms were not ready at 3PM which is check in time. sat in the lobby for about a half hour, then were offered a downgraded room which we took so we would not be late for the wedding. Clean, reasonably priced and good service. Bed was hard as a brick - so great if you prefer extra firm. If you don't like a firm mattress, you are SOL. The hotel rooms and lobby are fine. It's your standard HGI. We were looking for an affordable place to stay north of NYC and it fit the bill. Getting to the property is kind of tricky. Didn't reserve ahead, came in day of stay. Very nice and friendly staff. Reasonably priced, clean and nice. Looks like a relatively new place. Right near the Palisades mall & lots of other retail. This hotel is a good one to spend a few nights in this area. There's one big shopping center (Palisades center) and a huge outlet center (Woodbury Common Premium Outlets) in this region. Rooms are clean, hotel staff are courteous. I will stay there again. more
