My family and I have been going to this hotel whenever we go upstate NY, but after a recent stay, we decided otherwise. We found bed bugs in our room and unfortunately they came home with us. We have to clean out the whole house because of these bugs. We will now stay at the Hampton in Utica.

Staff was rude and not helpful in resolving issues, pool was dirty, bathtub had mold around it, hallways smelled like smoke, fire alarm went of 3 times during one of the nights.....everyone was evacuated but never advised as to what the problem was. DEFINITELY, NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!
