This hotel is now a Quality Inn, but I daresay the name change does not reflect an improvement of any kind. Quite possibly the worst night in a hotel I've ever had. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The crib we requested turned out to be a pack-and-play salvaged from a dumpster. It was seriously gross. Baby slept in bed with... more

Was there for one night and could not bare to stay for my planned second night. Visible signs and odor of water damage in cracked ceiling seams and carpets. I started coughing as soon as I entered my room as often happens when I'm around mold. The bath tub was chipped. The breakfast food consisted of powdered eggs and the... more

I stayed here AGAIN from May 8-10, 2009. We stayed on the second floor on the very far back part of the property overlooking the parking lot. Room 244. Surprisingly, it appears that the rooms are undergoing a refurbishment with new paint, furnishings, etc. Our room was not new, but it was amazingly clean with the exception of the carpets... more

The lobby is very nice looking. DON'T LET IT FOOL YOU! They will send you to the very back of the building where they hide their ghetto! My room, smelled, the ceiling looked like it was ready to cave in, it was dirty, sticky and dingy. We had to travel a mile for ice from the bar, I felt very... more

This hotel does not deserve the bad reviews. I stayed here for three nights in April, 2009. I was a little worried at first because of all the bad reviews, but when I got to the hotel I was pleasantly surprised. On the down side: The room was a little cramped with poor lighting, shabby furnishings, and a dirty carpet.... more

The room was filthy to the point of being scary. There was a noise from somewhere that sounded like loud snoring, but went on too long (all night) to be a person. The internet worked for 15 min. The leak around the sink is watering the mold around the cabinet ... and smells vile. I really wanted to shower before... more

I stayed at this quality inn during a business trip to west point. The lobby was well decorated and the hotel grounds were well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, because i was not familiar with the area. My room in the courtyard, poolside, with outdoor access to room my room. I felt safe thanks to the... more

Not a good place to stay. Rooms are very small, dirty and it took all night to get the temperature up in the room. I suspect the heating system was either broken or the fact that the structure was cinderblock (held the cold), the windows were not double paned (let in the cold) , the door was old and had... more
