Upon arrival, front desk staff was rude. When I produced my military ID for government rate I was told that unless I was on orders, that military rate was not available. We needed last minute reservation & found one at this hotel via central reservations. Staff was friendly & helpful, room clean, bed very comfortable - goldilocks: not too hard, not too soft. Some chain hotels do a better job of maintaining the chain standards while others don't seem to care.
