Never have I entered a hotel and stood at the desk that was empty with no phones ringing...but ignored by the desk clerk. After 3 minutes of silence, she explained that she was finishing up something for a client that she was no longer on the phone with. Hmmmm...at that point, it could have waited right? My husband and I really enjoyed this hotel. Very close to the casino and falls. We thought the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! more
The hotel was worn out! The staff was accommodating when we had loud people staying next door and they were happy to move us. more
Perfect hotel near the American Falls. Staff was friendly and prompt. Our room was in the 7th floor, where the view was beautiful and we even saw the fireworks from our room. The room was big with a confortable king size bed, yet the bathroom was small, but for the two nights we stayed it was fine. more
