Canadian Visitors. No CTV channel available. Extra $35.00 U.S is charged for 5:00 P.M. check-out. Other motels in the area charge from $0-$25.00 for the same privilege. The loss of revenue was the reason given for the extra charge. The motel was still well under the 50% occupancy when we drove by at 8:00 P.M.
