Cold and unfriendly. Upon checking in the assistance never offer to help with bags....was only concerned with credit card and her baking. The room was stuffy and cluttered. My husband and I enjoyed staying with the Yotts for four nights. The house is warm and inviting and the Yotts are great fun; wonderful to talk to and very knowledgeable. We stayed with Lu and Tom when they first opened the B&B. We were their "practice guests". They needed no practice--everything was perfect from teh food, to the furnishings, to the company. The home is beautiful and welcoming, the hosts gracious and entertaining and always good for a laugh. I'm returning next month in conjunction with a conference in Toronto.... more
