What a pleasant surprise! The location is great, near all the Niagara Falls features, we walked to everything we wanted to see. The rooms were very clean, and have been nicely remodeled. We were in the area for a wine trail event and found this hotel by chance. It was a great find; very close to Niagara Falls (United States side) and very inexpensive.
