We stayed here on the 10th of May. It is a place is frequented only by Indians. Anybody else will find it uncomfortable. The entire place is dirty. It smells and has tiny cokroaches in the corners. The worst part is that the beds are filled with bugs, hundreds of them emerge once the lights are turned out. We kept... more

First trip to Niagara Falls, NY. The hotel was within walking distance to all the sightseeing destinations. Rooms where clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again!!!! more

Bad, yuck, nasty do not adequately describe this hotel. Please avoid if you can. I am surprise this rooming place (it does not deserve the title of hotel or motel) is even part of the Choice Hotels chain. Double charge - Three of us stayed here and arrived early - we had booked online with a credit card to hold... more

Before this stay, I had only stayed on the Canadian side, so I was not sure what to expect from the American side. This hotel was by far the worst condition I have ever seen. We booked for 2 nights online and went with an open mind. The smell in the lobby and throughout the hotel could choke you. It's... more

Booked the reservation through Choicehotels.com. Because I intended to use choice stamps (part of Choice Hotels "loyalty" program) for one of my nights on this stay, I subsequently called the Choice reservation number to find out what I had to do to use the stamps. I was told to just present them at check-in for a $50 credit towards the... more

If you are going to the falls I would Rec staying on the Canada side. We had to pay $180 for a room here. There was bad service, the place was dirty and crummy looking and there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. When we got back to the motel around 10:00 at night there was no where to... more

Dislikes: Dirty place. Needs a good cleaning. Their free breakfast consists of stale blueberry muffins and regular coffee & tea. There are three floors here. Look at the size of the lobby (photo). It doesen't add up. No way are they going to accomodate anyone for "breakfast". We arrived early afternoon and the crumbs from the muffins were still on... more

The positive: AC worked and it's close to Rainbow Bridge. Good location to see the fireworks over the Falls if you're too tired to walk across the bridge, but only if you get a room on the correct side. The negative: Hallways & elevator smelled bad. Sheets and towels smelled like they weren't completely clean, and the towels are rough.... more

We had to stay at this place on labor-day long week end. First of all it was a rip-off about - $260/room (TimeSqure is a possibility with that kind of money). The unspeakably unprofessional (and uncivilized) staff was very rude and was treating guests as if they were doing a favor lending rooms to them. When asked about a refrigerator... more
