I basically ignored the negative reviews and hoped for the best and was quite satisfied with my stay. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel in the lap of luxury this is not the place for you. Wow.. all rooms smell like Smoke chamber. Even their cleaners are smoking during their cleaning. Every thing was broken, tab water does not work. Carpets are very dirty. Tv remotes do not work. we booked a 2 room family suite (lol!)with 3 beds for my family of four a month ahead, and received confirmation on the type of accommodation that we booked. We used hotels.ca to book a 2 night stay for 2 rooms, for 4 people. The photo on the website looked acceptable and clean. Were we ever wrong!!! This was the worse stay I have ever experienced. The room smelled horrible. There was hair, stains, holes on the bedsheets and pillow case. The carpet is dirty.
