Stayed at the motel mid-week during late July. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, and the rooms were very clean. Unfortunately was only passing through and couldn't stay a couple more nights to enjoy more of the falls area and buffalo. more

My family stayed with a baby in the hotel. We expected to be ok ok hotel. It turned out to be terrible. Front desk person is rude to answer any outside calls. No phone in the room (if asked they say the person who stayed last time took the phone with him). Heater not working .Carpet bad. I dont recommend... more

For the last 7-8 years I have been crossing the border from Ontario to Niagara Falls New York to go shopping. The first time I crossed I ended up staying at the Swiss Cottage Inn. The price was fair ($35.00) and the location was good (just across from Top's and Target) and best of all the lady running the place... more

Found the room to be clean and comfortable, older style hotel, close to the casino and outlet mall, there was a fridge and microwave, no bath tub only a shower and small sink. If you want a clean place to stay while shopping, this place seemed okay. more
