The stay was great. We were greeted with chocolate, champagne and a fruit & cheese plate when we entered our room. The room was great with a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Everyone from the bartender to the manager was really helpful! The breakfast was 5 stars. And they gave us chocolate chip cookies for the road when we checked out.... More

We stayed in the Adeline Suite and this was our first visit and we will be back again. The suite was so beautiful overlooking the falls, fireplace whilpool tub. So relaxing and the manager walked us to our room and showed us around and they even left a bottle of Champagne and cheese and crackers. The breakfast was wonderful and... More

I took advantage of a Groupon deal offered on this hotel and it was our first visit. The room was nicely appointed and very clean. We stayed in the Windermere Suite. The restaurant has an old world charm and the food was very good and reasonably priced. The Red Coach Inn is an easy walk to the Casino and Niagara... More

The outside architecture is not mind blowing. The inside is old fashioned, but clean. Very nice service. The breakfast is slightly below average. Not cooked with love. The best part: It is right next to the Niagara Falls, so a great location. More

Stayed in the London Room for my friends birthday. Very nice accomadations. Small bottle of champagne and a plate of grapes, cheese and crackers in the room. The staff was very attentive. One of the best places Niagara Falls, New York has to offer! More

We usually stay on the Canadian side so this was interesting to be across the river. The view and the fireworks on a Friday night are really nice from this hotel, we didn't get a room over looking the river but got one of the rooms right off the parking lot - which we actually enjoyed for privacy and access... I went there with my boyfriend for a weekend in the winter and even though there really isn't much to do on the American time at that time of the year, the hotel definitely made a huge difference in our stay. It was nice and cozy and didn't feel like staying at a hotel. We stayed at the Saxon suite... More

We recently spent the night at Red Coach Inn and had a wonderful time. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to staying near the Niagara Falls. We stayed in the Brighton Room which is roomy, warm, comfortable, king bed, and had a great view of the Falls. The room had many little extra's which made our stay extra special.... More

Stayed at the Bristol Suite, overlooking the Falls, could hear the quiet murmur of the falls throughout. The Fireplace was good, kept the room nice and warm. Free Champagne, cracker and cheese plate on arrival. Was a trifle disappointed with the tub as it was not big enough for two people but free delicious breakfast and wonderful service leaves no... The hotel is very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had a wonderful view of the Canadian skyline. The restaurant was excellent! The cheese and cracker plate and the champagne was a great surprise. More
