Positive · The only positive location is right on the Niagara State Park (US side) and allows easy access to all the US attractions and crossing over to the Canadian side. Comfort Inn Prospect Point is physically the closest hotel to the American Falls. It is located at the end of the built up attractions on the US side (which includes the defunct Rainbow Outlet Mall, the Seneca Niagara Casino, other hotels in the area). Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was very close to falls and downtown attractions. Lower level floor rooms have no view of falls. Efficient and polite check in staff, especially needed 'cos I turned up late, in a vile mood and arrived in a blizzard! The room was immaculate, large and had a clean bathroom with plenty of freshly laundered towels, complimentary products etc. There was a coffee maker and plenty of supplies as well as vending machines on one of the floors.... more

We stayed here for one night. We had been to the Canadian side a couple times and wanted to try the American side. We were very pleased with this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well lit and had a lot of counter space. The breakfast was fine and the dining room seemed clean and well maintained.... more
