*Not worth the money at all! *We had 2 rooms w/2 beds, housekeeping not only did NOT clean the rooms, but only made one bed in one of the rooms and left towels in a trash bag outside the door of the other room. *They never mentioned they were next to a building that gives helicopter rides. *the free breakfast... more

The staff were all helpful, friendly and informative. The rooms were clean and the location was good. Our only complaints were that the hotel (as for most of the entire city of Niagara Falls New York) was old and needed updated. There was only one elevator which also appeared to need upgraded and there was some molding in the shower. more

My entire family went to Niagara falls for the first time in august and we chose this hotel. It is not the closest to the falls the Comfort Inn is. This hotel is about 3 blocks from the falls so the walk is not bad at all. The rooms were ok, just your basic 2 double beds and a bathroom.... more

Like most of the motels on the American side of the Falls, this one is at least 25 years old and shows it. Rooms and decor are tired. Our room had no plug in the bath, chipped tiles, and smelled funny. Really, the only answer would be to refurbish and better still might be to demolish and build something attractive.... more
