I dont know where to start. Seems this hotel has not been touched since it was built in the 70's maybe. Its totally dated with worn out everything. Room and hallway had a bad smell like when you walk in a damp and moldy basement. Cleaning is not a priority here, and you'll see why. Bugs and cobwebs abound. Consider... More

I have found that Howard Johnson is the only hotel closest to the Falls on the American side that permits dogs. Why is it hotel owners think that just because I have a pet I want to be in a dirty hotel room? The carpeting in the room should have been cleaned a few years ago. My dog is clean... More

the location was great and the staff was very nice, the breakfast room lady was very happy to do what she could for you. the rooms,wow.. stuffy and because they allow pets it smelled abit like a kennel one day. the sheets were very clean and white but the carpet needed help, its very 1980 so if you like that retro... We stayed here for one night while visiting the falls on our way through. The room felt dirty and run down. The breakfast area was packed and hot. The location was fine, although there were certainly places closer to the falls. I would suggest staying elsewhere. More

This hotel wins the honor of being the worst and also the most expensive hotel on our 21 day road trip. I had made the mistake of not booking a room elsewhere before arriving in Niagara Falls. It was all I could find after looking at all the travel sites and calling over 10 places. I felt dirty just walking... More

This hotel really is closest to the falls as close as you can get without breaking the bank, that is. This hotel is a lot cheaper than the going rate in this area. Buffalo niagra airport shuttle stops righ tin front of it. There are great restaurants in the vicinity and the falls are at walkable distance. More

This is a no-frills, family friendly hotel within easy walking distance to the Falls. It's exactly what you'd expect for the price. Rooms are outdated to the point of being kind of retro-funky. However, they are well-designed for families with a dressing area outside the bathroom, an extra sink outside of the washroom, and plenty of closet and luggage storage... More

It appears that nothing has been upgraded since we stayed there 40 years ago. The rooms were not very clean, very dull and basic. Very small indoor pool area. No hot tub. Insufficient parking. We had tickets for Jeff Foxworthy at the Seneca Casino and it was the closest accommodation we could find. All hotels were filled for that weekend,... More

The hotel is about 5 mins by walk to the park entrance. The chopper tour starts off right next to the hotel. The hotel is average for a 2 star. Rooms are large, beds were clean and the staff helpful. The concierge stood out in her efforts to guide guests around. There are a couple of delis close by. Rooms... More

My husband and I stayed for a night last weekend to enjoy a night away and was pleasantly surprised with our room. The room was very clean and the price was right. Very close to all attractions and in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. More
