My boyfriend and i spent 2 nights here on a trip to niagara. It was not bad at all and we travel and stay in hotels alot so we have seen some of the best and worst for what were paying. It was outdated a little but right across the street is a walking trail past the rapids to the... more

Where to begin.Myself and my wife stayed in this "hotel" as part of a tour that included visiting Niagara Falls. We arrived late at night to be greeted by an extremely unhelpful and sleazy guy at reception who passed numerous unacceptable comments to guests. The hotel is the dirtiest I've ever seen with massive stains all over the carpets throughout the hotel.The... more

My family stayed here on 8/22/2008. I was with two young kids and a very picky husband. I'm the easy going one. And this hotel fit everyone just fine. Sure it's not a 4 or 5 star, if you want that stay elsewhere. But it does work and it's priced just right. I agree with other reviews, it needs some... more

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night as a stopover. It is in a good location - relatively near to Niagara Falls and surrounding tourist activities. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I stayed in a twin room which initially I had trouble getting into as neither key card worked. This was understandable as I was travelling with a... more

First thing you should bring is bug spray. There were spider webs all over!! They have a little web nest around the windows and currents, there were one at the showers as well!! The ice machine didnt work, and the air conditioner was held up by a plank of wood. The lamps were dusty and the showers were rusty! The... more

We arrived late at night, and were tired from travelling from NY, our first impressions were of a hotel like none other. We were right, as we walked into the lobby, the same bland, furniture you'd expect, patterened carpet, e.t.c... The rooms are normal, 2 double beds, chairs, small table, t.v, landscape pictures. Fine, clean and comfortable. The view out of... more

Where to begin, so much was wrong. Went up 4th of july weekend. The pool was not working, greener than green. Our non smoking rooms smelled of smoke. Phone was broken, couldn't be plugged in becauce of freyed wire ends. The tub was filthy and the paint in it was peeling. The above towel rack fell off the wall on one... more

I rented three rooms last weekend, two of the showers did not work, All 3 A/Cs were broken, we got locked INSIDE one of the hotel rooms, had to have someone LET US OUT. One light switch was broken and hanging by the wires. What a horrible place. more

My husband and I are very budget minded travelers. We care more about price and location than the overall accommodations. As long as the bed is clean and the room is even semi-clean, if it is cheap and in a good location we are happy… This hotel is AWFUL! The hotel staff is exceptionally rude… and the place is dirty!... more

Hey friends Do you want to make your life a hell.... please stay at this hotel and ruin your entire vacation at Niagara. I have never experienced such a worst hotel stay in my life. This hotel smells so bad in hallway and also in rooms too. Bugs all over. No water for drinking, neither as tap-water nor in the... more
