I wonder if we really stayed at the same hotel as the previous reviewer? Can things really have changed that much in a year?
First of all the hotel is located on a dangerous corner of a main road (with no pavement, so on has to dodge the traffic to get to the front entrance) in the middle of nowhere....

Hotel de La Treille, right on the Dordogne River. Wonderful people, a popular, excellent restaurant, all around very nice place to stay, near Sarlat. Highly recommended!
