Our first time to Oia, Santorini. Stayed the first 4 nights at the beach and our last 5 nights at Kima Villa in Oia. Wish we stayed a week and longer. Tasos is the real value to the place, making a difference in the quality of our experience. He is a wealth of information on places to see, restaurants, and... More

We stayed at Kima Villa in Oia, Santorini during the last week of October. We found out that this was the last week of their season and so we had the place all to ourselves. Luckily the weather was still quite nice so it seemed very exclusive. The views were extraordinary although the walk to our hotel from the Oia... More

An awesome view and great location which this hotel has makes it the exact place where you want to be whilst in Santorini! The hotel has an amazing view overlooking the cliffs. Swimming pool is an absolute must for a hotel in Oia as there is no beach, and as we saw from the top of the hill - the... More

Amazing place to stay while in Santorini, Greece. Tasos was awesome and was very helpful with getting us 4 wheelers and a taxi. The view is the best and the rooms were great. Very clean and well furnished. Your own balcony with breakfast served in the morning was the icing on the cake!

An absolutely wonderful experience in Oia! Beyond exceeded our expectations of a traditional style cave apartment. Thrilled to find a non-smoking hotel. We had two lovely decks to enjoy the Caldera views - spend as much time as possible outside. Enjoyed breakfast each morning on the side deck and even shared with a local cat. Staff were very accommodating -... More

We only stayed here one night but had a great time. The views are incredible, the owner was always friendly and seems to know the area very well (he set up a great boat tour for us). Breakfast was great. Location is exactly where you want to be. It's not a luxury place but the rooms are clean and comfortable... More

The terrace / balcony offer phenomenal views of the caldera. It's located adjacent to other luxurious hotels which offer the same view, but Kima villas comes with a more affordable price tag. The rooms are very basic - you have to remember, you are in a traditional type villas and not in a 5 star modern hotel. The bathroom is... More

We have been travelling for three months, and staying here is just about the highlight of the entire trip. The manager and staff were absolutely delightful, and very helpful. Everything was well-managed, and the room was large and comfortable. The view over the Caldera is simply stunning, and the swimming pool at the hotel was perfect. Would love to come... More

We stayed in Kima just two days, enoug to love both the place and the people who work there. The rooms are well refurnished and have a small private terrace just in front of the caldera (where you could have the breakfast serviced in the morning, stunning!). There's a lovely swimmingpool perfectly placed to enjoy the view, with sunbeds all... More
