On arrival, we were greeted with a resort style foyer. Front desk were great, they looked after our airline confirmation and all car hire (delivered to the hotel). Very friendly personnel. Very reasonable rooms, not luxurious though. Still some things to improve: Internet not available in rooms, only in lobby. Restaurant only open for breakfast and lunch, not for dinner or room service. more

the hotel design is very cutting edge, and beautiful. the pool, the location, the service and the reverse view 1 minute walk from the caldera, shopping buses and taxis. the gym is also good but you need someone to explain the new equipment. the rooms are a little small. more

Very nice hotel, great location. Just far enough away from the chaos of the tourists to be quiet and peaceful but close enough to walk to anywhere in Fira easily. The arty-trendy decor is almost too much, but they pull it off. The staff was very helpful and friendly more

Aressana is right in the centre of Fira, making it easy to explore the town itself and the rest of the island, either by bus, quad or car.
