They overbooked!! After a very long wait at the airport (dont even bother taking a cab because they dont know where it is), the girl from this family-run hotel picks us up & within 20 minutes into the ride does she tell us some story about someone needing to stay one more day & there was no room for us!!... more

The Astir Thira is a nice, family run hotel located just outside of the main town of Fira, about a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. Astir Thira was the perfect place to stay for us. It is a 2-minute walk into Fira and you can walk anywhere in Fira from the hotel. It is a family run hotel and they are very friendly.
