I booked my Greece vacation through Gate1 Travel and the travel consultant suggested the Kalisti Thera for my Santorini stay. The hotel sits right in the center of Fira town and is just a short walk to the shopping district, views of the Cladera and all the great restaurants.

My room was very nice, clean and overlooked the hotel gardens. The breakfast was the typical European buffet type, but I found their scrambled eggs with seasoned ham very tasty, (and I'm very picky about my eggs). I have to admit I never dined there for dinner, as I chose to venture out most nights. The hotel is right across the street from a market with anything you might need and just next door is a post office and in Greece the post office is the only place you can purchase stamps.
