I stayed at Hotel Hellas as part of a Top Deck Tour and this was definitely the worst hotel of the whole tour.

The family were friendly, the pool was wonderful and the location was good. However, the room where we stayed was awful. There was no TV, no hairdryer and no curtains on the 3 windows very high up. The towels were very old (and we firstly received 2 face towels only and had to go and ask for bigger towels) and the most shocking thing was the way that the beds were made. The top sheet was folded under the pillow (not very well) and you very expected to make your own bed.

The bathroom was horrendous and the glass was so dirty!! Even the glasses in the bedroom were dirty. The rooms were not cleaned properly every day either. I had a vitamin tablet the one morning before we left and the dirty glass was still there when we got back.

I also think the breakfasts could have been better.
