the last two years after grape harvest my wife and i have gone to old forge and stayed at the village cottages. we enjoy relaxing in front of the wood burning fire place(Harris cottage)and being able to walk through the back lawn and coming out next to Walts Diner where we eat breakfast and lunch,we go to the Steak House... more

We stayed there this some and loved it. We are also going this weekend to see Old Forge in the fall. The cottage we stayed at this summer was super cozy. Really, all the comforts of home! We were nosy and checked out the other rooms and they all look comfortable. You can get adjoining cottages and bring two familys.... more
