We stayed at the Valley View house for a wedding in July. We were hoping for a little peace and quiet in our room and instead were constantly assaulted by the pounding of little feet above us. Turns out, the owners occupy the top floor above the guest rooms. You'd think there would be some concern over waking up guests... more

Of the many lodges and cottages at the resort, one (the Valley View House) has management quarters on the top floor…and at the time of this review there were two small children in those quarters. I recently stayed here for a friend's wedding. The wedding was great, despite the constant rain, and the staff and caterers did a nice job and were very friendly. We stayed at Full Moon for a wedding, and were thoroughly charmed by the experience. The setting is remarkable -- nestled in a valley, surrounded by dramatic hills, with no other houses in sight. WE love this place! My wife and I have been going to full moon for seven years. This one of our favorite places to come & relax...totally relax.. no cell service and one TV at the main house. I went here for a wedding too and found the grounds really beautiful. However, for the price we paid, I would have expected a nicer room.
