We arrived much later than anticipated and it was so nice to be served some vegetables and dip, chips and salsa as well as cookies, juice and water. The reception staff member was excellent, polite and very helpful.

“Room smelled, dust everywhere”

This room was not clean. I was reluctant to walk around barefoot because the rug was so dirty. The room smelled bad, almost like cigarette smoke. Aside from the waffles, breakfast was inedible. Staff was pleasant, though. Room was very hot or very cold.

Don't let the fact that they are in the middle of a renovation fool you. The staff here are always nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and the new furnishings are much more than you might expect. Best of all, they feed you pretty well!

Great breakfast. Completely remodeled rooms. Very helpful staff especially the person in charge of the morning buffet. Convenient to Corning Museum of Glass. Convenient to all expressways. Not far from the Pennsylvania border.

Hampton standards were upheld. Very clean rooms, bathrooms, pool. Standard breakfast selections. Very friendly staff. Excellent experience for our family with 3 middle school aged boys. We would stay here again.
