We chose this hotel for its convenient location for driving to areas of interest in the western Finger Lakes. The hotel is new, which is always a plus. The room was very large and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western. It was modern and had large, clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast. Our only complaints are 1) an exceptionally brainless and unhelpful receptionist and 2) the cheap luggage carts. more

Great hotel, brand new, great location in between Keuke and Seneca Lake. Ideal for Seneca Lake wineries, and Watkins Glen State Park. We stayed here for 1 night visiting the Finger Lakes region on our way to Niagara Falls. The rooms were smelly. Beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were un usable due to their enormous size, and hardness. The breakfast is inebible. The pool water appeared green so we did not use that facility. My family stayed at the Best Western in Penn Yan while vacationing at the Finger Lakes. The hotel appeared fairly new. The facilities were very clean and the staff very pleasant. We enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. Not a large choice of foods for the continental breakfast, but we didn't leave hungry. more
