We stayed at the Brookwood Inn in March 2011 for our friends wedding. We arrived late to the hotel since we drove from Virginia and had stopped at the rehearsal party for our friends.
The hotel parking is ample. We did not have trouble finding a spot. The lobby area is nice and clean. The front desk staff was attentive....

Friendly and accomodating staff. Nice towels. My room did not get cleaned one day. TV painfully slow in changing channels. All in all, its OK, and I would stay again.

Came to Brookwood Inn as a last minute Valentine's getaway. The staff and especially Nancy were friendly and helpful making us feel at home. Our deluxe King room was also nice. If you live in the WNY area or are just passing through the Inn is a perfect little getaway. It is close to a winery and the Eastview Mall....
