The ladies at the desk were very friendly. When we got into our room, our first glance was it was an eh ok room. We booked a jacuzzi suite (just looking for a little spice/get away within a 2 hour drive) and were very happy with the size of it. However, that was about the end of our "ok" experience.... more

Wow, where do I start! 1) Wanted non-smoking queen, they gave me a smoking with two doublebeds that smelled HEAVILY of marijuana! My wife and I chose this hotel because it was affordable and we were very happy with our choice. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We also enjoyed our breakfast by the pool which was nice. We would definately stay here again! more

The hotel is a good place to stay.We stayed on Oct 2006 first week in second floor and the sunrise view was spectacular.Its near by to Lake Champlain ferry and has all the amenities nearby. The room was clean and service was warm though we reached 9pm.The internet was feast too! more

The room smelled and the towels were not clean. The bed was anything but comfortable and the sheets were not clean. There are much cleaner hotels in Plattsburgh to stay in just not the Quality Inn. The reception was courteous however everything else stunk (literally) more

This was an overnight stay for leisure. The property was fairly clean and well maintained. The front desk receptionists were courteous and helpful. The room, although nothing extravagent, was clean and pleasant.
