I checked google and priceline and expedia and this hotel did not come up at all. I decided to wait and then when I got to Plattsburgh I happened to see it. I was really impressed and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a very good breakfast and ate as much as I wanted.

Stayed at Microtel once on recommendation of friend and it was very nice. Room and linens were immaculate, room temp comfortable, and overall an enjoyable experience. Not necessarily for the budget minded but for the price would expect what I got and nothing less. Staff were professional and very helpful and well trained in the customer service area.

This hotel is very clean, well maintained, and good value for money, albeit a small room and only a queen size bed. Air conditioner was very noisy and could not be tolerated if sleeping, although we were lucky it wasn't too hot and we didn't need it, just opened the window.
