I come up at least twice a year to go fishing, and there's no place I'd rather stay. the staff treat us like family, and the grounds are excellent if you're bringing a boat. my friends and I bass fish all over the country and everyone love staying at the Rip.

Simply put great staff and esrablishment , very accomodating and liberal with their hospiatality. Wondeful group of staff that made the experince all the better , all should stop and visit<3 if in the area make you will have a home away from home >

Excellent spot for the price. Close to the beach, rooms, office and grounds clean, staff is super friendly and helpful. room included mini fridge, microwave, color cable tv, large bathroom..internet..phone...air conditioning...felt very comfortable because everything was quiet at 10 pm...two thumbs up and 10/10..would definitely stay again and recommend to people...

We stayed there because we were visiting our daughter at college, and barely made it through the evening before packing up (in less than ten minutes) and booking out of there FAST! We went here after spending the night at a much less desireable place. We stayed in a cabin and it was clean, cozy and the staff was so very friendly and helpful. It is close to my old hangout-Gus' Red Hots and it is still as good as it was 40 years ago!!!
