65$ + tx for a room you should'nt expect more than that. Paper thin wall, couldn't sleep because of the noise. Bed was fine, good wireless and breakfast. Nice to have a fridge in the room. Close to the Champlain center.

We were disappointed with how poorly stocked the Kitchenette was....really no dishes, cook wear and a bent fork. Rooms were clean, and otherwise it was "ok". We had stayed before in standard room and would not pay the extra for kitchen again.

A motel I've been going to for decades. Quiet, clean and inexpensive. A bit of a hassle when they are renovating but I guess that can't be helped. Close to highway and businesses, but disappointed to see the Ponderosa next door has been sold.

Stayed here on Labor Day weekend due to a prior visit two years ago. Since this $78.81 stay was the most reasonable in the area near where we were going to be camping, we took it. I had not stayed at this hotel for approximately 2 years and this time I was surprised by the recent upgrade. My suite, with queen bed, was very clean and appeared to have relatively new wall paper and furniture.
