We were in Red Hook for a family member's funeral. The Red Hook Inn provided a relaxing, comfortable place for us to rest and relax. The staff was kind, compassionate and took special care to be sure our needs were met. Breakfast was delicious. We were pleased and felt quite pampered.

Our room was dark and cluttered with too much furniture, electrical wires and surge protectors running everywhere, blinds that don't work, cabinets that don't open and close properly, too much road noise, and beds that are not comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Peggy was very helpful and kind. She was available for whatever we needed. The breakfasts were really good with plenty of choices. Our room was too warm, but was comfortable and clean otherwise.

This was a poor choice picking this Inn on Groupon. We did not receive the wine and cheese platter as promised. The Inn's sitting room was so over crowded with furniture we couldn't relax and there were 3 children that were the housekeepers running around all day. Not a relaxing atmosphere is you want to get away. Very disappointed.
