Good stay. Hotel was clean, staff nice and helpful. Room was pretty standard for two queens. Bedding (sheets, pillows) were very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were fine, and free breakfast was good as well. Plenty of gas stations, store, supermarkets nearby. Classic case of "you get what you pay for". Rooms are decent and large enough. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are good. Walls are paper thin and you can hear alot of noise from above and beside. We were coming from Erie, PA to Rochester to see family and my sister-in-law booked this hotel directly as it was only 3 miles from her house. We were so pleasantly surprised! For $114.00 a night, the room was wonderful...never saw pillows labled as "soft" and "firm" before in a hotel! Awesome! The pool was great...my 13 year old son... more

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to downtown, the Ontario Beach, Strong Museum and the Seneca Park zoo......never a dull moment. The pool was a definite plus too. The room was generous in size as was the bathroom! The breakfast was well stocked too! We'll definitely stay here next time we visit Rochester. more

Good basic hotel. Hotel staff and cleanliness could be improved. The indoor pool keeps us coming back! It seems unusual in this class of hotel. The continental breakfast is included for free and has several items to choose. The hotel is on the edge of a mall parking lot and there are many restaurants near-by. more
