Stayed for one night attending a function at RIT. This is a great, friendly, clean hotel. Huge kudos to Lisa and Luis in the breakfast room. Keep everything running like a machine so everyone at every given moment is accommodated. Friendly and great food. Will stay again, no doubt.

Room was on the small side, bathroom was remodeled (very nice for this price point), hot breakfast included a big spread including an omelet station. Very friendly staff. This is an older property that has been nicely maintained and updated.

This hotel is nice, clean, and the beds are comfortable. But the BEST part of my stay was Lisa at the breakfast buffet. She has such an upbeat and helpful personality I wanted to stay at the buffet longer! Thank you Lisa for making me feel so welcome! I will be back to see you soon!

Quality Holiday Inn and best of all, Lisa, the restaurant's hostess is so warm, so welcoming, so attentive - it was like she was born to do this job! She was definitely the highlight of my stay. All around, a nice experience and I'll be back for business travel soon.
