I stayed here after being very disappointed at the shabby Strathallan. I was pleasantly surprised. I hadn't stayed at a Holiday Inn Express before. Everything seemed new and clean. No visible carpet stains, no bugs. The bathroom was very nice. Comfortable bed with choice of soft or firm pillows. Nice TV, though pay-per-view movies should be available. I stayed for one night at the holiday inn express in Pittsford, new york on Monroe Avenue and The Night auditor/ Manager was absolutely awful she was very rude I will never stay there again the rooms were very clean and they were able to match a neighboring holiday inn's price even though they are seperately owned more

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express (Monroe Ave) for two nights while on college visits with daughter. Hotel is very convenient to Nazareth and St. John Fisher colleges. Hotel seems fairly new.
