Let me just say right off the bat. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We checked in at 7pm on Saturday September 3rd. I got my room, went in and the hallways weren't vacuumed, the carpet was dirty in the halls as well as the walls. We went in our room and the carpet was dirty with ground in dirt. I mean... more

We had a booking on the 8 a.m. Rochester Toronto ferry so this was a last minute choice since it appeared to be cheap + close to the ferry terminal (about 4 miles). Complimentary continental breakfast was adequate in the morning. Room was a little dingy, and the hallways were rather seedy, but hey, you get what you pay for. more

This hotel was disappointing. The rooms needed serious updating and cleaning. The walls were dirty and the floor had not been vacuumed (peanut wrappers, lint etc. on the floor). The photo of the rooms on the website is very deceiving- they show the same photo for ALL of their locations. Our room looked nothing like the photo. more
