The staff were pleasant and hospitable. The room delightfully spacious, clean and comfortable. I love that the location on on the harbor overlooking boats, and the room-front terrace! A great place to stay if touring the Hamptons,Sag Harbor is my favourite Hampton town and Sag Harbor Inn still offers very comfortable accommodation to relax and unwind. We arrived in the late evening to a happy, polite hotel employee who answered our questions and lent us a corkscrew (for the yummy bottle of wine from a local winery). I thought it was a really large room, very clean and loved the view of the harbor! It was comfy, the tv worked and the balcony was so cute.... more

We are very pleased with the service and the staff has been wonderful at all times even when we checked out late we didn’t receive any problems. All of the staff are very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, there is not much to choose from in Sag Harbor, except the much more expensive America Hotel. Read all the other reviews on this website. Most of them get it exactly right. This is basically a crappy motel from the 1950' or 1960's with a fairly new (but incredibibly ugly) paint job. The "Inn" needs to be torn down... more

The decor of the place is just strange, with garish paintings, and furniture that looks like a cheap reproduction of something you would find in my grandmother's house, the hotel also smells like an old folks' home.
