Our second trip to Saratogs Springs and the lovely Chestnut Tree Inn. Cathleen and Bruce are great hosts and always make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. It is located within walking distance to all the great things the quaint town has to offer...we are already looking forward to our October 2013 trip next year..and seeing the beautiful fall foliage.

Within walking distance of everything, yet quiet and restful. Cathleen and Bruce went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and provide valuable recommendations. It's easy to see why they have so many repeat guests.

Unlike most of the reviews, we felt differently. On pulling up to the front door, we notice a " for sale " sign. We thought to ourselves , this isn't going to be good. Bruce and Kathleen DeLuke were excellent hosts. They were a lovely couple, friendly, helpful and quite fun. The B&B was immaculate, comfortable and centrally located. Their restaurant recommendation absolutely terrific, best rack of lamb ever. Service excellent. I will certainly go back... Thank you for a great overnight!!!

It was a delightful experience. The Victorian furnishings are fabulous. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with ideas on where to eat, they suggested a wonder French restaurant. The B&B is located in a very quiet neighborhood, therefore you can expect a quiet restful nights sleep.
