We went for a wedding. We wish we had more time to explore, but we didn't. I would go back in the summer for a long weekend trip. The reception was average. The are was not comfortable for the size of the reception. The open bar was limited and the dance area was too small. more

Staying and eating at this great old Inn was the highlight of visiting the Finger Lakes. The spaces within this architectural gem are a delight just to stand in and behold. My wife and I chose the Sherwood Inn because it was reccomended! Upon first arriving at the Inn we checked in and went to our room. We were a little disappointed with the room size and the decor. We had three paintings of naked women on our walls. I was like ok, let's check out the rest of the Inn.... more

My wife and I stayed at the Sherwood recently and had an okay time. The Inn was nice, but it looked like it could use some updating. Our room ( and bathroom ) were small. The shades were broken and the wallpaper in the bathroom was coming up from behind the shower head because of it being broken. Definetly not... more
