"Our" suite is always comfortable & filled with little touches; fresh flowers, chocolates, fireplace, music set to our favorite station and a variety of books to browse thru in their library which is like a page out of history. The innkeepers go out of their way to accommodate; they take pride in their business & it shows. When you wake... More

From the moment we were greeted at the front door of this beautiful country estate we were thoroughly spoiled! Lynda, Chuck, and Francis have thought of everything possible to make a stay at Stone Rose absolutely perfect down to the last detail. From the many diverse treats left on the sideboard and in our room to the fully stocked bathroom... More

Never before in our extensive travel have we been treated so warmly or been served such scrumptious breakfasts as we experienced at the Stone Rose B&B . Innkeeper Linda and her mother Francis ( lawncare specialist ) showered us with special arrival treats, evening sideboard sweets, an anniversary card, and a personal history lesson about the construction of the Inn.... We had an absolutely beautiful experience. Far exceeded my dreams of perfect relaxation in an even more perfect setting. The home has an amazing story behind it, well worth listening to...almost more enchanting than the gorgeous scenery, intricate details in the home, plethora of antiques, and the most perfect hosts you could ever imagine. We felt right at home in... More

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Stone Rose! Lynda, Chuck and Frances treated us like family, and they thought of every single detail to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious, served on beautiful china in a charming dining room with a lovely view. We loved the bacon and the fresh maple syrup. We stayed... More

I was in on business with my husband, but turned stayed for two days so we could do some sight-seeing, too. The experience was well worth the drive to where we were going. They've thought of nearly everything. We didn't want for anything. Lots of food, special treats, a tastefully concealed, stocked mini-fridge and microwave, and so much more. Warm,... More

What a lovely family and very warm welcoming feeling. Everything is beautiful and generous as well as DELICIOUS. Lynda went out of her way to help us figure out the area roads and was always at the read with advice. Things were offered even before you had to ask for them in generous and kindly manner. I can't ask for... More

My husband and I decide to get away for our first Valentines together. The Stone Rose came highly recommended to us so we set out for a weekend away. Lynda, Chuck and Francis were very hospitable when we arrived. The room was super spacious and large enough that we had a private living room with a fire place and felt... More
